These classes are meant for students 6 years old & up!

- For Boys: Floor, Pommel Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, & High Bar

This is where every student starts, no prior gymnastics, cheer, or tumbling experience is necessary to enroll in this class! Our Beginner Gymnastics Class is where the foundation of basic gymnastics shapes, skills, technique, and terminology is introduced. Flexibility, strength, and stamina are highlighted to ensure student confidence and comfortability on the different Olympic Equipment.
